Everything was exceptional during my 2-night stay. the staff members were welcoming and pleasant. - the rooms were soundproof and modern, featuring a kitchen area and lounge.

The staff were friendly. The man on the front desk was awesome, he made us feel very welcome. Lovely people.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with a recent redecoration evident. We appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities like bottle and tin openers provided. The location was also great, with the stadium nearby for those attending rugby matches.

Sadly, the customer service falls short and the lack of attention to detail is noticeable in the maintenance of the property.
